5 – 7 weeks courses running consecutively at the Knights Way Centre, near the centre of Brentwood, Essex.
One of the most positive activities you can do while pregnant is YOGA! It helps your health and vitality and prepares you for birth, using yoga techniques such as breathing and movement.

And let’s not forget the social aspect: it’s a great place to meet other mums-to-be and new mums.
